Upon purchase of a license, iMac MLM Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to utilize our software. The scope of this license depends on the Compensation Plans selected during your integration, such as:

3. User Conduct
As the distributor and administrator of the Direct Selling network built upon our platform, you are solely responsible for ensuring your business complies with local and federal regulations.
You agree not to use our systems—including our E-Commerce extensions—to conduct fraudulent activities, money laundering, or operate illegal pyramid schemes.
4. Limitation of Liability
iMac MLM Software shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Crypto software, network interruptions, or any other software malfunctions. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
